Privacy Statement: This website is solely for the holding of information relating to the Pirates Explorer Scout Unit. It will contain historic photos of members partaking in Unit activities; it will include basic information about upcoming events and will seek to keep the members informed on other activities going on within Scouting as a whole. This site will also provide a useful resource of information for members to learn from and to explore.

Use of Personal Details: Any personal information will not be included, and only first names of leaders will be used. Any personal data held separately by the leaders in relation to full names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses will not be published on this website and will be treated with the strictest of confidence, as is expected by the leaders of the Unit.

Links: Other sites linked to from this site are not covered by any of the conditions of this website.

Terms Statement: This website is intended to be viewed firstly by members of the Pirates Explorer Scout Unit and their leadership team, secondly members of the Scouting District to which we belong and thirdly the County. It is also intended for the worldwide family of Scouting to be able to view the information and contact us via our e-mail address if the need arises.
